Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Lover's Scratch mobile application ("App") operated by Puuoo Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App displays links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the onboarding welcome screen. By proceeding past this screen, you confirm your acceptance of both documents and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of anonymous analytics data.
Lover's Scratch is a couples' daily scratch card game designed for partners to play together. The App provides the following features:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.
The App uses anonymous authentication — no email, username, or password is required to create an account. A unique anonymous identifier is generated automatically when you first open the App.
You may optionally link your account to Google (Android) or Apple (iOS) for account recovery purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any linked accounts.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your device or linked accounts.
"User Content" refers to any content you create within the App, including but not limited to prize descriptions, prize configurations, and custom sticker selections.
To ensure a consistent experience, the App enforces the following content restrictions:

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without prior notice.
The App offers a premium upgrade to remove advertisements. By making a purchase:
Restore purchases functionality is available within the App for users who reinstall or recover their accounts.
The free version of the App displays rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are shown at specific moments (e.g., before revealing scratch card results or earning dice rolls). Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisements displayed.
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before initializing the advertising SDK. This prompt appears before any ad-related data collection occurs.

Exercising any of these controls does not restrict your access to the App's core features.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, animations, game mechanics, and branding, is owned by Puuoo Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
By you: You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's Settings page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory rights granted under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU law, including the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Puuoo Apps regarding the use of the App, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., through an in-app notice).
