Puuoo Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Lover's Scratch mobile application (the "App") for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
The App uses Firebase Authentication with anonymous sign-in. A randomly generated user ID (UID) is created when you first open the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information during this process.

The App stores preferences locally on your device (via SharedPreferences), including onboarding status, notification settings, theme preferences, privacy consent status, analytics preference, and cached partner data. This data does not leave your device.
We collect limited device information for app functionality:
With your consent, the App collects anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics, including screens viewed, features used, and game outcomes (e.g., scratch card results, streak milestones). This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used solely to understand how the App is used and to improve the experience.
Analytics collection is disabled by default and is only enabled after you consent during the onboarding process. You may opt out of analytics at any time from the App's Settings page without affecting app functionality.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google may collect device information, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data. On iOS, the App requests your consent via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before initializing the ad SDK and before any ad-related data collection occurs. If you decline, ads are still displayed but are non-personalized.
If you make an in-app purchase (premium ad-free upgrade), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

The App shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You can watch ads to unlock gameplay features such as additional scratch cards and dice rolls.
You can remove all ads by purchasing the premium upgrade within the App. For more details, see How Google Uses Information.
The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand how the App is used and identify areas for improvement.
The App offers a premium upgrade to remove advertisements. All payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details.
The App uses both local notifications and push notifications:
You can disable all notifications at any time through your device's system settings. You may also manage notification permissions within the App's Settings page.

Local data stored on your device (SharedPreferences) is not encrypted by default and could be accessible if your device is compromised. We recommend keeping your device secured with a passcode or biometric lock.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
Your data is processed and stored via Google Firebase, which may use servers located in the United States and the European Union. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. Google provides adequate safeguards for data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU/EEA.
Game data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete all your data at any time through the App's Settings page. When you request deletion:

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App uses anonymous authentication, no personally identifiable information is collected from any user by default. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
